Scholarship Overview
This grant program is open to residents of California and Hawaii who require training or retraining to compete in the workplace. To qualify for this grant, applicants must plan to pursue studies in an eligible vocational/technical (vo/tech) course. Eligible programs include two-year or less vocational/technical programs culminating in a terminal associate's degree, diploma, or certificate. Applicants planning to transfer to a four-year school to pursue a bachelor's degree are not eligible to apply. Applicants must be citizens of the United States.
