Scholarship Overview

This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors and high school graduates who are legal residents of Connecticut. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a cumulative class rank in the top 20% at the end of their junior year for high school seniors (upon graduation for all others), or have combined scores of 1800 or better on the SAT, or a 27 or better on the ACT. Applicants may not have previously received a bachelor's degree. Students may use the scholarship only at an eligible college in Connecticut, Washington DC, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, or Vermont. Scholarships are awarded primarily based on financial need and applicants must submit a FAFSA.
