Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for individuals enrolled in non-degree programs, such as licensing and certification trainings, workshops, or other career-advancing programs. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate that training/program will benefit marketability, job security, and/or job advancement. Applicants must be Alaska native shareholders or descendants of the Koniag Region, which includes Kodiak Island and the Kodiak Archipelago. Lastly, candidates must be enrolled in or join the Koniag, Inc. descendent or shareholder database.
