Scholarship Overview

This scholarship is for residents of all ages of San Juan Island, Washington, who are pursuing a career path that would not involve a traditional, four-year college curriculum. Preference will be given for those pursuing a heathcare emphasis. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must intend to pursue their new career locally. Applicants must demonstrate financial need; show a commitment to scholastic achievement; and show the ability to successfully complete the program with excellence in a timely manner. Applicants are required to participate in an in-person interview. Applicants must call the Community Foundation office to register their interest in the program before submitting an application.
