Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors, currently enrolled college students, and nontraditional students who are residents of New Mexico. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must meet at least one of the following criteria: 1.) Applicant is the biological child, stepchild, or adopted child of a member in good standing of Tucumcari Lodge No. 27, AF & AM; or 2.) Applicant is, or will be a graduate of a Public High School, including Charter Schools, located in Quay County; or 3.) Applicant will be a resident of Quay County for two years prior to graduation from a homeschool program; or 4.) For nontraditional* students, applicant must be a resident of Quay County for three years prior to the start of the school term for which the scholarship application is submitted. Scholarships will be awarded based on the merit of the information provided in the application, giving consideration to academic performance, financial need, leadership qualities, work experience, and other factors outlined in the application.
