Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for students in the AKA Mid-Atlantic Region: Virginia and North Carolina. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be senior college students or graduate students who have been accepted or are currently enrolled in an accredited program studying at a college or university leading to the goal of becoming a professional educator. Applicants must have a good cumulative GPA ("B" or better), demonstrate financial need, and have a record of good citizenship (no suspensions or dismissals, etc.). Scholarship applications are accepted throughout the year, and applicants may apply for more than one fund offered by the AKA-EAF.
