Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for college-bound high school seniors in Muskingum, Guernsey, or Morgan County, Ohio. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be nominated by a guidance counselor, minister, principal, or physician. Applicants will be evaluated on their character and ability to succeed in spite of extraordinary challenges. One winner will be selected from Zanesville Rosecrans High School and one will be selected from among other area high schools.
