This is a college scholarship for students who are attending a public school in one of the following Florida counties: Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Volusia, Sarasota, and Polk. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a serious physical disability, be eligible for their school's "Free or Reduced Lunch Program," and have at least "C" average.
