Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for graduating seniors who attend high school in Carroll County, Maryland, and have been accepted at an accredited four-year college or university to study engineering. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 3.0 GPA, show outstanding citizenship traits, and have a strong work ethic. Applicants must have been involved in student service activities, extracurricular activities, and gainful employment during high school and must have been enrolled at a Carroll County High School for all of junior and senior year. Students enrolled in engineering courses at the Carroll Career and Technology Center will receive special consideration. When all other factors are considered equal, consideration will be given to students who have demonstrated financial need.
