This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors in El Dorado County, California. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must express an interest, understanding, and belief in the fundamentals of the US Constitution, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence, and Republican principals of good government. Applicants must plan to further their education in US government and/or history-related programs. They must also have a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate a congenial personality, strength in leadership skills, and personal integrity. Students must return completed applications to the career center of their respective high school.
