This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors or community college students preparing to transfer to a four-year college. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must reside within Moline School District No. 40. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and intend to pursue a bachelor's degree on a full-time basis and demonstrate financial need. Applicants must have achieved high school scholastc performance in the upper one-third of their class, or have a community college GPA of 2.5.
