Scholarship Overview

This scholarship is high school seniors from Branch County, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have documented participation as a member of a Branch County track or cross-country team. Applicants must plan to pursue a degree at an accredited four-year Michigan college or university during the same year the scholarship is awarded. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must include the following: a personal resume that includes a description of the applicant's track and/or cross-country career; a documented, recent record (within the past five years) or school or community service; two signed letters of recommendation from non-relatives; a present up-to-date school transcript. Applicants must also submit an essay in response to one of three given prompts listed in the scholarship information file that can be found on the foundation's website. All things being equal, preference will be given to applicants who have completed at least one Coldwater Mini Triathlon.
