Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for women who reside in and undergo flight instruction in Colorado and demonstrate a need for financial assistance to complete their pilot certificate. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must hold a Student Pilot Certificate (if required for the certificate sought); have already soloed; have logged at least 10 hours of flight time (dual and/or solo); and have passed the written exam for the certificate sought. The award may be used for flights and flight instruction in any aircraft type (airplane, glider, hot air balloon, etc.) as appropriate for the certificate.
