This scholarship is for African American high school seniors who attend high school in Saginaw County, Michigan. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must live in Saginaw County, have a 2.5 GPA, demonstrate financial need, and be pursuing an undergraduate degree in education. Scholarship recipients must enroll full-time, unless special circumstances dictate part-time enrollment.
