This scholarship is for high school seniors who will be graduating in May/June of 2013 from an Oklahoma high school and are pursuing an associate's or bachelor's degree at a two- or four-year in-state college or university. Also eligible are community college students from Oklahoma who will soon be completing their associate's degree program or comparable two-year program and will be transitioning to a four-year in-state university or college in August/September of 2013. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a documented physical or learning disability, be 17 to 21 years of age, and have a cumulative 2.0 GPA.
