Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for high school seniors from Carroll County, Maryland, who have been accepted at a post-secondary educational institution. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have been enrolled at a Carroll County high school for their entire junior and senior years and must have maintained a 3.0 GPA or above throughout their entire high school careers. Applicants must have shown outstanding citizenship traits and been involved in student service activities and extracurricular activities throughout their high school careers. When all other factors are considered equal, consideration will be given to students who have demonstrated financial need.
