Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for college students who are 4-H members of Putnam County, Indiana. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a minimum C average and must have been active during the last five years of 4-H eligibility with a history of community service. Applicants must submit the "Intent to Apply" form electronically by January 4, 2013. Applications must be completed and returned to the Community Foundation Office by January 11, 2013.
