Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for college-bound high school seniors in Delaware who are student leaders in the Jefferson Awards Youth Service Initiative (YSI) Program at their local high school or a Jefferson Awards recipient during their freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior year of high school. Applicants must show exemplary attributes in scholarship, leadership, and service. Three scholarships will be awarded, one for each county: Kent, New Castle, and Sussex.
