Scholarship Overview
These college scholarships are for full-time graduate students who are studying physics, electrical engineering, chemistry, chemical engineering, materials sciences, optical sciences, optical engineering, and aerospace engineering. Scholarship applicants are expected to be interested in pursuing or currently studying the directed energy (DE) technology areas of high energy lasers (HEL) or high power microwaves (HPM). Applicants must be attending a US school for the term of the scholarship. Applicants may be either US citizens or citizens of other countries; foreign students must provide with the application package a letter of intent to become a US citizen.
