This scholarship is for women who are residents or attending school in the Greater Los Angeles area in California, including portions of Ventura and Orange counties. To qualify, applicants must be 35 years of age or older and re-entering or continuing school in order to learn a marketable skill which will lead to economic self-sufficiency. Applicants can be either married or single, with or without children.
