This scholarship is for graduating seniors from East Central and Franklin County High School in Brookville, Indiana; and Harrison High School in Harrison, Ohio. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants and/or their parents must be actively involved in a local Christian church. Preference is given to applicants attending Rockdale United Methodist Church.
