Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for graduating seniors of Logan High School in Logan, West Virginia. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must hold a 3.00 or greater GPA and be accepted by a school of higher learning within West Virginia. Applicants must be Logan County residents at the time of submitting the application. To apply, applicants must submit an autobiography that contains their educational goals. One male and one female student will be selected for this award. Recipients will be selected based on financial need, scholastic achievement, and school and community involvement. Preference is given to children of working coal miners.
