This scholarship is for Latino or immigrant students admitted or enrolled in an undergraduate degree-seeking program or certificate program at an accredited college or university. Applicants must be residents of Cook County, Illinois. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate financial need and commitment to community service. Applicants must be enrolled for at least six credit hours for the 2013-2014 academic year. Non-US citizens and undocumented students are eligible to apply.
