Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for residents of the Eastern Shore counties in Maryland or Virginia, or the state of Delaware. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be adults or graduating high school seniors who are pursuing a degree in golf turf management from an accredited college or university. Applicants must have a satisfactory academic record. Scholastic honors, though desirable, are not a requirement, but applicants must be either conscientious employees or students. Although extracurricular activities are required, in considering eligibility, work or community activities can substitute for extracurricular activities.
