Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for permanent residents of Colorado. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be between 17 (high school senior) and 40 years of age and principally reside in the state of Colorado while attending school. Applicants must also carry a course load of at least nine (9) credit hours and maintain satisfactory academic progress. Applicants continuing college must have maintained a minimum 2.0 GPA. In addition to a completed application form, applicants must submit a Federal Estimated Family Contribution (EFC), school transcript of the most recent school year, recommendation letter(s), and a personal statement.
