This scholarship is for recipients of the Eagle Scout Award from the Boy Scouts of America. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be entering their junior or senior year of undergraduate study at a four-year college or university. Applicants must have graduated from a high school located within the community foundation service area in Illinois. Awards are given based upon academic achievement and financial need.
