This scholarship is for legal residents of Western/Central Pennsylvania who will be high school graduates of the class of 2014. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a diagnosis of epilepsy/seizure disorder, confirmed by a statement from the applicant's physician. Applicants must be accepted to a postsecondary academic or vocational program and attend full-time.
