This scholarship is for residents of Calhoun, Gilmer, Doddridge, Jackson, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Mason, Wirt, or Wood County, West Virginia, or Washington County, Ohio. Preference will be given to the most deserving and financially needy student and to those not already receiving significant education aid in the form of the WV Promise Scholarship or other significant scholarships.
