Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for current residents of San Mateo County, California, and previous Eustace-Kwan Family Foundation scholarship recipients. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be graduating high school seniors, current college freshman, or current college sophomores who attend or plan to attend a two- or four-year college or vocational school. Applicants must have a GPA between 3.0 and 3.70, demonstrate financial need, and demonstrate school and extracurricular activities. Applicants must be US citizens or legal residents.
