To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be graduates of a high school in the Dayton, Ohio, area or GED recipients. Applicants must attend a post-secondary institution in Montgomery, Butler, or Greene County, Ohio. Applicants must have a 2.5 GPA (or successfully completed a GED) and demonstrate financial need.
