Offices are located in Atlanta, Georgia; Baltimore, Maryland; Columbus, Cincinnati, and Dayton, Ohio; Dallas and Houston, Texas; Little Rock, Arkansas; Las Vegas, Nevada; Louisville, Kentucky; Nashville, Tennessee; Orlando and Tampa, Florida; Oceanside, Santa Ana, San Diego, and Santa Maria, California; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Phoenix, Arizona; Richmond, Virginia; Tulsa, Oklahoma; and Washington, DC. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be high school seniors or be currently attending an accredited university.
