Scholarship Overview

This scholarship is for students who have been residents for the past 12 months or who are high school graduates (public or private) of one of the following school districts in eastern Jackson County, Missouri: Blue Springs, Fort Osage, Grain Valley, Independence, Lee's Summit, Lone Jack, Oak Grove, Raytown, and that part of the Kansas City School District within the city limits of Independence and Sugar Creek. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must show proof of enrollment in a graduate degree program at a regionally-accredited (i.e., North Central) four-year college or university. Applicants must be full-time students registered with a minimum of nine credit hours and have a cumulative 3.0 GPA after completing first semester.
