This scholarship is for men who are Eagle Scouts and residents of New Jersey. For this scholarship, preference is given to applicants whose Eagle Scout community service projects are related to the environment and to those with career goals in development-related fields. Applicants must have been accepted to, have applied for, or plan to attend an accredited four-year college.
