This scholarship is for current or former residents of Big Horn County or Carbon County, Montana; OR current or former students of Custer Public Schools in Yellowstone County. To qualify for this scholarship applicants must be one of the following: a) a high school senior with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75; b) a full-time college student with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5; or c) a non-traditional college student enrolled or planning to enroll as a full-time student, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5. Physically disabled or learning challenged students may be exempt from these requirements as circumstances warrant. Selection will be based on the following factors: financial need; participation in school, church and community activities; participation in 4-H as a current or former member or leader; and long-term goals to pursue a career in education, agriculture, ag-business or ag-engineering
