Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for residents of Oklahoma who are education majors and planning to teach in a critical subject shortage area in Oklahoma. Critical teacher shortage areas include science, mathematics, special education, and school psychology. Applicants may be full- or part-time students, however priority will be given to full-time students. Scholarship recipients must agree to teach in a shortage area in Oklahoma public schools for a minimum of three consecutive years upon graduation and licensure as a teacher.
