Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for children of harness horse trainers or caretakers who are licensed in New York, New Jersey, and/or Pennsylvania, during the application year. Applicants must also have been raised and/or reside in the three-state region and be at least a senior in high school, but no older than 25 years of age. Students pursuing graduate degrees are not eligible for this scholarship. Scholarships are awarded based on demonstrated scholastic achievement, including but not limited to the applicants' GPA; financial need; completeness of application; and quality of essay.
