This scholarship is for residents of Oklahoma who are preparing for a career in public service. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate degree at a public or private college or university in the state of Oklahoma and be enrolled in a degree program leading to a career in public service as determined by the institution. Applicants must demonstrate exceptional academic achievement as evidenced by a number of factors that may include GPA, class rank, national awards, scholastic achievement, honors, teachers' recommendations, and involvement in extracurricular activities. Applicants must be nominated for this scholarship by their college or university.
