This scholarship is for high school seniors who are attending schools or are homeschooled in the following counties in Texas: Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty, Montgomery, and Waller. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must plan to attend a four-year college or university in the United States (students attending junior or community college are not eligible) and be US citizens. Applicants must have a minimum SAT score of 1000 (Math and Critical reading portions combined; 1500 three-score equivalent) or an ACT score of 21. Scholarships are awarded based on financial need and scholastic ability.
