Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for high school seniors and college students with a diagnosed blood disorder pursuing an undergraduate degree. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants or their family (if under 21) must be members in good standing with Midwest Hemophilia Association. In addition to the scholarship application, applicants must include: a letter from their doctor certifying that they have hemophilia or a related bleeding disorder or are the family member/carrier for hemophilia or related bleeding disorder; documentation or certification of financial need; documentation or description of civic involvement; three letters of reference; and most recent high school or college transcripts.
