Scholarship Overview
To qualify for this grant, applicants must be either dependent students who are legal permanent residents of Massachusetts and whose source of support is a parent who has been a permanent resident of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for the twelve months prior to the opening of the academic year; or independent students who have been permanent residents of the Commonwealth for the twelve months immediately preceding the opening of the academic year. Applicants must attend an eligible institution (see website for more details), demonstrate financial need, be enrolled full-time, and have not earned a bachelor's or professional degree or their equivalent. Applicants must be US citizens or eligible non-citizens.
