This scholarship is for African-American graduating seniors from public high schools in Taylor County, Texas. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be members of one of the Greater Abilene Ministers Alliance Churches. Applicants must have made acceptable grades in high school that would indicate success in potential college; plan to enroll in a degree-granting institution; demonstrate serious purpose in the pursuit of knowledge; and need financial assistance to be able to attend college.
