Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for community college and/or university students attending as an incoming freshman, freshman, or sophomores in the Fall of 2013. Incoming freshman should provide acceptance letter and proof of enrollment to potential college or university. Current students must present proof of enrollment. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must attend a community college and/or a university in the following Texas geographical areas: San Antonio, McAllen, Austin, Edinburg, Austin, Laredo, Brownsville, Victoria, San Marcos, Houston, Del Rio, Beeville, Eagle Pass, Kingsville, Kerrville, Corpus Christi, Seguin, San Angelo, Midland, or Uvalde. Applicants must have and maintain a 3.0 GPA, have community service experience, maintain full-time enrollment, and be US citizens or legal permanent residents.
