This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors, community college students, community college transfer students, undergraduate students, and graduate students. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be of Hispanic heritage and be US citizens or legal permanent residents. Applicants must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA and plan to enroll full-time at a two- or four-year US accredited institution in the United States, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, or Guam during the 2013-2014 academic year. Applicants must be pursuing their first undergraduate or graduate degree and must apply for financial aid by completing the FAFSA.
