This scholarship is for students in the 2014 high school graduating class who are attending an eligible high school in one of the following eligible states: Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, or Tennessee. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have attended as a junior and senior in an eligible high school (a public high school located in a county having few than 50,000 residents; have a cumulative high school GPA of 3.5 or higher; have scored 23 or higher on the ACT; and have goals that will require a four-year college degree. Applicants must complete the FAFSA and provide a complete copy of their Student Aid Report (SAR). The SAR must show an Expected Family Contribution (EFC) of less than $7,500.
