This scholarship is for student or professional jewelry designers who intend to pursue a full-time career in jewelry design. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must intend to develop a branded line of silver jewelry for resale; intend to sell their branded line at a regional or national level; must have started their jewelry business after January 1, 2010; and must be US citizens. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must submit answers to a set of short answer questoins and short of long answer questions related to their business strategy; a resume, including education history and employment; 5-10 color photographs of original bridge jewelry designs (no sketches, CDs, or videos will be accepted); a list of materials used in each design; and wholesale and/or retail price for each design. Applications must be postmarked between April 15th - June 9th 2013.
