This scholarship is for biological, adopted, and stepchildren of the employees at the Vista Irrigation District in Vista, California. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must attend a trade/vocational school, two-year college, four-year university, or graduate school, including medical or law. The criteria used in evaluating each scholarship application is based upon, but not limited to the following: academic achievement, financial need, extra-curricular activities/work experience, demonstrated leadership, good citizenship, and potential for future development. This scholarship may cover the entire cost of college including, but not limited to tuition, books, fees, and room & board.
