This scholarship is for graduating seniors from high schools in Harrisonburg or Rockingham County, Virginia. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate financial need. Academic performance, character, determination, self-motivation, and leadership qualities will also be considered. Preference is given to applicants who will be the first in their immediate family to attend college (neither parent has a 2- or 4-year college or university degree).
