Scholarship Overview
This scholarship is for graduates of high schools located on the lower Kenai Peninsula in Alaska, from Ninilchik south, including the communities across Kachemak Bay. Students who reside in the lower peninsula, but whose high school program was based elsewhere, and/or have achieved a GED equivalent, will also be considered. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be pursuing a career in a health field. Preference will be given to students already accepted into a program. No one related to the donor/s, members of the review committee, the Homer Foundation Board of Trustees or its employees shall be eligible for this scholarship.
