Scholarship Overview
This grant is for residents of Wisconsin who have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. To qualify, applicants must be enrolled at least part-time in an undergraduate degree, graduate degree, or certificate program and be attending an in-state or eligible out-of-state public or independent institutions. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and have a severe or profound hearing or visual impairment.
