This scholarship is for graduating seniors from West Liberty High School in West Liberty, or Wilton High School in in Wilton, Iowa. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 3.0 GPA, and be full-time students enrolled for the purpose of earning credits from an accredited college or university. Preference will be given to students with farming backgrounds. Merit will be evaluated by school activities, community and personal activities, and work experience (25%); exhibition of financial need (50%); achievement will be evaluated by ACT or SAT testing and school transcripts (25%).
